Really enjoyed this, even more that I thought I would. It’s a quick read, but so much of it resonated with me. I think there’s some small issues here and there, such as maybe the translation assuming the reader is a him, but I think it spoke to the core of why people run. In high school XC, the running line was that you had to be a little off to want to run XC, and this book did a great job at being able to explain it what ways we’re all a little off.
aligns well with how i think about running as an introvert, and someone who does marathons.
some of the points are opinionated, i am sure there are some people that will not connect with this book. however, i did.
